North Community, a leader in Behavioral Health Care Services, seeks experienced Social Worker/Counselor for rewarding career opportunity in our Columbus City School Based Mental Health Program and in our Youth and Adolescent Program. As a member of our School Based and Y&A teams, you will be directly responsible for completing comprehensive mental health assessments of students to determine needs and appropriateness for enrollment in the program, develop treatment plans, provide case management services to students in program, provide individual and/or group counseling services to students in the program.
