RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Debt Administrator to join its office in Genoa within the Global Corporate Finance Division.
Mission
The mission of a Debt Coordinator is to assist in supporting effective debt management activities, working closely with the Debt Management team. Helps ensure smooth operations in debt-related processes, focusing on accurate data handling and supporting the organization’s financial strategies.
Key Accountabilities
Bank and Insurance Company Relationship Management:
- Support the request of new financing and the review of related contracts
- Support in asking banks and insurance companies for bonds (like bids, performance, and advance bonds)
- Record financing and guarantees in the relevant internal platforms
- Learn about banking products and services to suggest ways to better manage debt.
Forecasting and Analysis:
- Assist in making short-term and long-term cash flow plans.
- Help compare expected cash flows with actual cash flows and point out differences
- Assist in analyzing financial data to help make decisions and find ways to improve processes
Compliance and Risk Support:
- Help ensure we follow financial rules and policies.
- Support in finding and reducing financial risks related to cash management.
- Help manage hedging contracts and derivatives, following the instructions of the Treasury Director, especially regarding interest rate risks.
Education
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in finance, treasury, or debt management support roles.
- Familiarity with financial analysis, risk management, and financial modeling is a plus.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation Data
The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria, and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480).The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €27,000 and €30,000 and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies, and overall alignment with the role.
In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements. The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
