Job Description

Location: Warsaw

What You’ll Do: 

  • Support smooth, compliant immigration journeys: Partner with employees and external legal counsel to coordinate end-to-end immigration cases, keep stakeholders informed, and help ensure ongoing compliance. 

  • Keep HR operations accurate and running smoothly: Own operational data entry in Workday and maintain data accuracy to support timely updates and clean reporting 

  • Welcome new hires and set them up for Day 1 success: Coordinate onboarding logistics and manage pre-hire communication to ensure a smooth, well-prepared start. 

What You Bring: 

  • Clear, positive communication skills - able to explain complex topics in plain language. 

  • Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • A proactive problem-solver who’s comfortable coordinating across HR, managers, employees, and external partners. 

  • A collaborative team player who brings a positive, solutions-first mindset.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Polish immigration procedures.

  • HR operations experience or similar (preferred).

  • Strong operations skills - managing time and resources to deliver critical outcomes.

  • Excellent stakeholder communication across functions and seniority levels.

  • Able to build deep expertise in complex processes and operational systems.

  • Fluent in English and Polish.

  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams).

  • Workday familiarity (strong plus).
