Job Description

Strive Global is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Assistant to support internal and external communication initiatives. As a Communications Assistant, you will play an important role in coordinating communications, preparing materials, supporting daily operations, and ensuring information is delivered accurately and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing written communications and business documents.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication activities.
  • Support meetings, presentations, and company events.
  • Maintain organized communication records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Respond to general inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Help develop reports, presentations, and informational materials.
  • Perform additional administrative and communication-related tasks as needed.
