Job Description
The Intermediate AI Developer (AI-First) plays a key role in designing, developing, and integrating AI-driven capabilities within real-time control systems supporting frac fleet operations. This position focuses on applying modern AI technologies—such as large language models (LLMs), automation agents, data-driven decision systems, and intelligent tooling—within production-critical industrial software environments.
This role combines traditional software engineering discipline with applied AI development. The successful candidate will leverage AI technologies to enhance product capabilities and internal engineering workflows, while ensuring reliability, safety, and performance in systems that directly interact with physical equipment. The successful candidate will: demonstrate strong technical execution; apply systems-level thinking to AI integration challenges; balance experimentation with production rigor; proactively manage technical risk.
