As a Brand Associate, you’re an integral part of bringing our brand to life for our customers. You are responsible for creating on trend looks that are uniquely Gap – distinctive, while bringing out each customer’s original style. You are
an expert in all things fashion and culture. You contribute to a positive, friendly, and inclusive environment that inspires and makes customers feel welcome. You thrive on driving an exceptional customer experience by strengthening the customer’s emotional connection to the brand, engaging authentically and with intent.
What You'll Do
- Proactively engage with customers, showing genuine interest in understanding and addressing their needs. Notice subtle cues to personalize product recommendations.
- Storyteller who uses knowledge to make product suggestions feel meaningful.
- Educate customers about loyalty programs.
- Support multiple areas of the store including: sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
- Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized environment.
