Extended School Year, Summer Site Coordinator Middle School ESY - Summer 2026 only
Location: Central Middle School
Schedule: Summer 2026; July 5 - July 30, Monday - Thursday 9:00-1:00
Student hours: 9:30-12:30, Middle School grades 5-7
Total Hours: Up to 76 hours (4 hours daily plus up to 16 hours set up and wrap up) $40.75-$44.95 per hour (Depending on Education and Experience)

Position Description:
The ESY Coordinator works with the Special Education Leadership Team to supervise the daily operations of ESY programming.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:
- Coordinates daily logistics including daily busing, time approval, substitutions, parent phone calls
- Co-facilitates the pre-planning/on-boarding meeting
- Coordinate with Culinary staff for breakfast and lunch.
- Manages student discipline and supervises non-classroom areas of the building.
- Contacts as needed with parents and other summer staff regarding students enrolled in the summer programs.
- Works with transportation scheduling and Janea
- Performs miscellaneous duties in relationship to job description as needed or as requested by Special Education Supervisors
- Ensure materials are on-site and returned to home buildings, and progress reports are completed.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree Preferred
- Admin license preferred
