Head of Accounting and Controlling
Job Description
The Head of Accounting & Controlling (HAC) provides strategic, financial and operational leadership to the organization. As a key member of the executive team, the HAC defines the strategic objectives for Finance and IT in close collaboration with the CEO and the Board, and ensures that the required resources, systems and governance structures are in place to achieve these objectives.
The HAC ensures the delivery of accurate, timely and meaningful financial information to all internal and external stakeholders, safeguarding the financial integrity of the organization. The role ensures compliance with legal, regulatory and ArcelorMittal group guidelines, oversees internal controls, and provides direction for continuous improvement across finance and IT processes.
The HAC leads and develops the Finance Department, oversees statutory and group reporting, manages audit processes and drives strategic digital transformation initiatives.
