Job Description
Under the direction of the Vice President of Real Estate, the Regional Property Manager oversees all operations for an assigned apartment portfolio. This role sits at the heart of the portfolio, with a focus on driving revenue and NOI, protecting and enhancing asset value, improving operational efficiency, and developing strong, engaged teams.
You’ll lead people, performance, and properties with the trust and autonomy to make real decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys ownership, values collaboration, and knows how to balance numbers, people, and execution.
