Job Summary
To support the management, partnerships, education, and comms team with research projects, conducting research, analysing results and generating original ideas.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Work with the Executive Director (ED) to support the research and operations of the Neurodiversity at Work Research Centre including overseeing the centre on days when the ED is out of the office
- Conduct research and literature reviews as requested and as you feel necessary in line with current themes, topics, and approaches
- Conduct analysis (qualitative and quantitative) to support with publication, reports, case studies, and internal measurement
- Be a key member of the data collection and management team
- Organise interviews and focus groups, gain necessary permissions, prepare and send surveys to participants,and liaise with partners to ensure good and valid data collection
- Writing reports in both Thai and English
- Prepare materials for submission to granting agencies and foundations
- Summarise meetings, interviews, and projects
- Prepare articles, reports, presentations to present findings
- Continually update knowledge and understanding in field or specialism and develop skills
- General administration
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in related field of research recommended
- At least 5 years of working experience
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong time-management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in research preferred
- Excellent technical and analytical skills
