We are seeking a Call Center Scheduler for heavy phone traffic.
Call Center Scheduler – Heavy Phones
Responsibilities:
- Handle heavy inbound call volume
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
- Assist with patient concerns related to referrals, medications, and results, delegating appropriately
- Document all calls accurately
- Support clinic operations by ensuring patients are routed correctly
Requirements:
- Strong communication and multitasking
- Experience in a medical call center preferred
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
