ROLE OVERVIEW
Our Survey Division is seeking an experienced Professional Surveyor to lead field crews and oversee a diverse portfolio of projects for federal, state, and private clients out of our Bridgeport, WV office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all aspects of the surveying and geomatics department, including multiple field crews and technical staff
- Manage survey and geomatics projects for public and private sector clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
- Plan, organize, supervise, and mentor survey crews and technicians
- Coordinate assignments to ensure project deadlines are met
- Maintain contact with key staff and offices to support department success
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Licensure: Active WV Professional Surveyor (PS) license required
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team and provide mentorship
Equipment: Experience with Trimble equipment preferred
Time management: Strong time management and organizational skills
Work style: Ability to work independently and collaboratively at high productivity
