Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven individual to join the 3P Business Compliance team. This role will lead compliance program execution, risk identification, automation, and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate is a process-obsessed program manager who combines deep sales and account management knowledge with a passion for operational excellence. They thrive in ambiguous environments, can dissect complex business workflows to find inefficiencies or gaps, and build scalable mechanisms that stick. They bring a consultative mindset — understanding how sales teams operate, what drives their behavior, and how to design processes that achieve compliance outcomes without creating friction. They are equal parts builder and influencer, comfortable rolling up their sleeves to map a process end-to-end while also presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Drive process excellence by reviewing business teams' workflows, identifying gaps, breakage points, and susceptibility areas
Design and implement scalable compliance mechanisms that align with how sales and AM teams operate
Own end-to-end program management — from discovery and stakeholder alignment through execution and measurement
Partner with Sales, Account Management, Legal, and Finance teams to embed compliance-by-design into existing processes
Build SOPs, process maps, and frameworks that are adoption-friendly and reduce operational friction
Track and report program health through metrics, dashboards, and regular reviews with leadership
General Skills & Qualifications
Process excellence – Ability to map, diagnose, and redesign business processes for efficiency and compliance
Program management – Comfortable managing multiple workstreams, timelines, and dependencies from start to finish
Sales/AM domain knowledge – Understands how sales organizations work, their incentive structures, and operational rhythms
Stakeholder influence – Skilled at driving alignment and adoption across teams without direct authority
Analytical thinking – Can break down ambiguous problems, identify root causes, and build data-backed recommendations
Communication – Produces crisp narratives, process documentation, and executive-ready updates
Mechanism building – Designs repeatable, scalable systems rather than one-off fixes
Bias for action – Moves quickly from diagnosis to solution; balances speed with thoroughness
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience in program management, process improvement, or operational excellence roles
Background in or close partnership with sales, account management, or GTM teams
Familiarity with compliance, risk, or controls environments
Experience with workflow and ticketing tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
