Central Alberta Co-op is offering the perfect opportunity for you! We're currently seeking a Temporary Home Centre File Maintenance Clerk to join our collaborative and high-performing team at the Innisfail Home Centre.
Position: Home Centre File Maintenance Clerk
Term: Temporary contract for approx. six (6) months
Availability: Weekdays and weekends- mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
Responsibilities:
Work with inventory counters and department managers on inventory process
Familiarize yourself with our product range
Stay updated on new product details to ensure comprehensive product knowledge
Match purchase orders with receiving and check for accuracy
Manage time efficiently to complete all special orders and quotes
Replenish shelves and order supplies on a continual basis
Assist in merchandise displays
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
Grade 12 diploma required. Candidates should have some college or university education, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong time management skills and attention to detail
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required
Applicants must be over 14 years old. (Employment Standards mandates a permit to employ a person aged 14 or under, thus disclosure is required)
