To initiate contact with our potential clients and successfully create as many sales qualified leads as possible creating pipeline for the USA Sales target.
What you’ll deliver
Create personalised email/videos to prospects based on the information provided by the Researcher
Deliver strategic calls to prospects to book a next step with a consultant
Daily and weekly KPIs
Effective communication and teamship as part of a dedicated sales unit
How we’ll measure it
Volume of emails and calls
Quality of emails sent to leadsQuality of conversation with leads based on their buying reason
Salesforce reports measuring conversion rate on booked calls
Quality of all calls
Ability to identify when a lead should not be an opportunity
What you’re responsible for
Achieving agreed KPIs
Managing leads through the RG sales cycle
Preparing for calls
Working with Sales Consultants to ensure a smooth handover of leads so they can become an opportunity
Completing and maintaining Salesforce accurately
Work Experience, Technical knowledge and skills
Previous telephone sales experience desirable
Proven experience with relationship building as part of the sales processUsed to the ‘chase’ and can demonstrate understanding of being persistent in previous role
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Self motivated and driven
Creative thinking
Excellent attention to detail
Data management skills including computer literacy (Mac desirable but not essential)
