Job Responsibility
- Define/optimize procedures to ensure smooth processing of production lots
- Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs including operator training
- Lead root cause analysis for defects and yield losses
- Provide disposition on lots with quality issues
- Support new product introduction and process qualification
- Analyze production data to identify process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost reduction and process improvement projects
- Perform change management including new material qualification
Qualification
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electronic engineering or related field.
- Experiences in back grind or pre-assembly process at least 2 year
- Proven track record in optimizing manufacturing processes using Lean Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in 10K cleanroom operations and backend power semiconductor processes.
- Strong skills in SPC tools, Cpk analysis, and DoE techniques.
- In-depth understanding of semiconductor failure analysis.
- Experience in preventive maintenance and processing documentation.
- Effective communication and organizational abilities.
- Proactive mindset with project management skills.
