In this pivotal role, you will review business banking customers, complete detailed risk assessments to identify triggers, and make informed decisions on whether to maintain or exit client relationships. You will investigate potential non-compliance, fraud, misconduct, and other unethical behaviour, ensuring robust data gathering, analysis, and clear documentation to uphold regulatory standards and protect the bank’s integrity.
