Behavioral Innovations is looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Territory Outreach Manager to grow physician and healthcare partnerships throughout the Houston market
You'll own your territory, develop referral relationships, and help more children gain access to life-changing autism services.

What You'll Do
- Own and grow your assigned territory.
- Build relationships with physicians, specialists, therapists, and healthcare providers.
- Generate new referral partnerships and expand existing ones.
- Represent Behavioral Innovations at provider meetings, Lunch & Learns, networking events, and community organizations.
- Educate providers on ABA therapy and why Behavioral Innovations is the partner of choice.
- Partner with Clinical, Intake, and Operations to ensure an exceptional referral experience.
- Meet and exceed territory growth goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in healthcare business development, physician liaison, provider relations, medical sales, territory sales, healthcare outreach, or referral development.
- Proven success building relationships with physicians or healthcare decision-makers.
- Track record of achieving sales, outreach, or business development goals.
- Experience managing a territory independently.
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
- Ability to travel throughout the Houston territory (67-100%).
