Paralegal - Casualty London (Fixed Term Contracts)

Why join us? We’re currently recruiting 15 Paralegals to join our London based Casualty team on a fixed term basis, with immediate starts available. The Casualty team handles a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, including Employers’ Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and Abuse claims, with case values ranging from small claims to high-end fast track. The primary focus of these roles is to assist the team with a specific task on a major piece of litigation, making it particularly well‑suited to a law graduate or someone keen to gain practical exposure to casualty and personal injury work in a leading legal environment. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to attend our London office a proportion of the week. PLEASE NOTE: The piece of work needs to be completed in line with a deadline of the end of October 2026, as a result the length of each individual’s contract will be determined by their availability to start. Responsibilities Assisting the team with a major piece of litigation, including reviewing, organising and preparing documents. Supporting case preparation across a varied caseload of Employers’ Liability, Public Liability matters. Managing and maintaining case documentation and electronic filing systems. Liaising with colleagues to ensure disclosure deadlines and quality standards are met. Providing general paralegal and administrative support to the wider Casualty team as required. What will help you succeed in this role? Essential A strong interest in personal injury and casualty work. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of information accurately. Good organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines. A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn. A law degree or legal studies background, or equivalent practical experience.
