Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for the region to achieve key business goals and KPIs
  • Independently manage research & insights study to inform and sharpen marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, make adjustments as needed, and report findings to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand messaging and deliver a consistent experience across all touchpoints.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign project management, including strategy development, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Manage agency relationships and roster selection for advertising and marketing projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to report concise project goals and outcomes to a C suite audience
  • Work closely with team leaders to build brand marketing capabilities in the region

  • Proven track record to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive sales growth and increase market share
  • Resilience and adaptability to handle challenges and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Active problem-solver with a proactive approach to addressing issues and finding solutions
  • Able to work with ambiguity
  • A sense of humor to foster positive team dynamics

Qualification:

  • Masters/Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field from a reputable institution (A good honors degree preferred)
  • 8-10 years of relevant marketing experience
  • MS Applications
  • Well versed in using  data analytics tools e.g. Qlik, Tableu, Sprinklr
  • Command for South east Asian languages and/or Korean is a plus
