Manager, Facilities Business Systems

As the Manager, Facilities Business Systems, you will lead the strategy and daily execution of Grocery Outlet’s CMMS operations and facilities business processes. You will ensure accurate, reliable, and scalable maintenance workflows across all stores. This includes overseeing facilities coordinators, work order performance, asset data governance, financial controls, and reporting accuracy. You will drive operational maturity in capital planning, compliance, vendor performance, workflow standardization, automation, and analytics while collaborating with Facilities, Refrigeration, Construction, Capital Projects, Finance, IT, and field operators to deliver measurable improvements.
