
Food & Beverage Supervisor
Job Description
Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all beverage outlets in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures on all federal, state, and local liquor, health, and safety regulations. Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and training. Assist the F&B Manager in establishing budget goals and monitoring financial aspects of the Food and Beverage department.
