Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to oversee audiovisual installation projects across India. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end execution, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute AV installation projects nationwide.
Supervise site readiness, installation teams, and commissioning activities.
Review schematics and shop drawings, coordinate with CAD teams for revisions.
Explain technical drawings and requirements to site engineers and stakeholders.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
Manage budgets, timelines, and provide regular project status reports.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of AV technologies (audio systems, video conferencing, digital signage, control systems).
Ability to interpret and explain technical drawings.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel extensively as per project location.
Proficiency in project management tools.
Qualifications:
Education: BE in ECE, EEE, CSE, or ISE preferred.
Certifications: CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I, or prime OEM’s certifications are considered an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 6–8 years in AV field, with proven experience handling sizable projects.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
