Mental Health Associate

Mental Health Associate - Outpatient: Under the direction of supervising staff, the Mental Health Associate (MHA) will assist persons receiving outpatient services in adhering to treatment, maintaining follow-up appointments, scheduling, and keeping appointments with other community providers. MHA will provide education regarding community supports and participate in referral/linkage of individuals to appropriate community supports and services when indicated.
