Gordon Brothers is seeking ambitious, high-potential early-career professionals to join our Analyst Program, a structured and immersive experience designed to launch careers in asset valuation, financial advisory, and investment..
As an Analyst, you’ll work across all areas of our business, valuing assets, supporting deal execution, and contributing to complex transactions in a variety of industries. You’ll receive hands-on training, engage with senior leaders, and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of our work, from due diligence to execution.
This is a unique opportunity for intellectually curious individuals interested in building a long-term career in asset advisory, restructuring, lending, or investment.
What You’ll Do
Gain exposure across multiple business units to gain firsthand experience in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation
Contribute to high-impact, cross-functional deal teams supporting transactions and strategic initiatives
Participate in structured training covering accounting, asset valuation, and transaction support
Shadow senior team members and attend pipeline and strategy meetings
Build subject matter expertise in specific asset classes or business lines
Receive mentoring and career development support with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role after the program
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated, curious, and collaborative
Interest in asset valuation, restructuring, and investment advisory
1–3 years of relevant professional experience preferred
