Bank Lender (Peoples Bank, a division of Cornerstone Capital Bank)

Who we are looking for:  The Lender is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of consumer and/or commercial loans by evaluating creditworthiness, structuring loan solutions, and advising clients on appropriate lending products. The role requires the regular exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance, including credit analysis, risk assessment, loan structuring, and customer advisory services. The Lender operates with minimal supervision and plays a key role in supporting the bank’s financial objectives, credit quality, and regulatory compliance. In addition, this role provides direct supervision and functional leadership to a Lending Assistant(s), including oversight of work quality, prioritization, and performance guidance.
