Residential Aide

Ensures the wellbeing and safety of the program’s clients and staff during their shifts. The RA provides crisis intervention as needed to maintain residential safety and security. The RA works in shifts from 8am to 4pm, 11pm - 7am, 3pm - 11pm 4pm to 12am, 12am-8am (give-or-take one hour based on the residence to which they are assigned). An RA may also work 12am-12pm, or 12:00pm-12:00am. The schedule operates 7 days a week, and all holidays as needed
