Job Description
Overview
Support the Quality Department with product inspection and fault investigation on Service repairs and Service Center systems. The successful applicant will need to be a flexible team player to learn new skills and keep on track with new technology associated to Sony consumer and professional. They will have the confidence to be in the ‘final line of defense’, in our role to ensure all products reach our customers in good working order.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspection of various Sony Products after repairs.
Investigation of quality problems.
Feedback quality result if required.
Person Specification:
Essential
Ability to use electrical test equipment, with training.
- Ability to commit to a 3 shift working pattern.
Commitment to quality for customers benefit.
Motivated to work to unsupervised.
Ability to problem solve and make decisions.
Good communicator.
Computer Literate.
Desirable
Good aptitude for complex and technical work, although training will be provided.
Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative.
Able to achieve targets and deadlines.
