Contract: Permanent and Full Time
Please note that this position is exclusively available to current Student Nurses at Cleveland Clinic London. Applications from non-CCL Student Nurses will not be progressed.
What are we looking for?
Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Nurse to join our Inpatients departments on a rotational and non-rotational basis, with a competitive salary range on offer of £37,875.
This is a full time, permanent position and would require the post holder to work 37.5 hours per week.
We are currently hiring into the following departments:
Rehabilitation
Heart, Vascular and Thoracic Institute (HVTI)
Digestive Diseases and Surgery Institute (DDSI)
Day Case Unit
The shift patterns are dependent on Department and are as follows:
Rehabilitation/HVTI/DDSI:
Monday to Sunday Long Days – 0730-2000
Monday to Sunday Nights – 1930-0800
Bank Holidays – 0730-2000 & 1930-0800
Day Case Unit:
Monday to Friday Long days – 0630-19:00 & 09:00-21:30
Some Saturday working as required by Department

What will your duties include?
Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with CCL’s established policies, procedures and protocols.
To prioritise nursing care, recognise deterioration in a patient’s condition and escalate to the senior nursing team/clinicians immediately.
Evaluate, update and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.
Adhere to the NMC code of conduct and acts as the patient advocate at all times.
Participate effectively at the Quality improvements initiatives for the ward ensures that the Ward KPI’s are achieved and are aligned with CCL quality standards.
What we need from you?
Adult General Nursing degree completed with valid NMC Pin (or awaiting receipt of NMC Pin)
Experience and/or desire to work within one of the above aforementioned Departments
Must be willing to undertake relevant post-registration courses
ILS provider course completed and qualification is required upon hire, or within 3 month of hire
