Overview The Project Manager – M&A (GBS) is responsible for the end-to-end project management of merger and acquisition integration initiatives within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization. This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership across complex, cross-functional integration efforts, ensuring alignment with broader optimization initiatives and business objectives. The Senior Project Manager serves as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, proactively managing risks, driving decision-making, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with high execution quality. How you'll make an impact Lead Project Management Execution Own the development and execution of comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and governance structures. Oversee multiple workstreams and manage interdependencies across integration initiatives. Maintain and govern RAIDD (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Decisions) logs and key project documentation. Monitor performance against cost, quality, timeliness, and stakeholder expectations. Strategic Stakeholder Management Act as the primary liaison between GBS leadership, integration workstreams, and functional teams. Facilitate cross-functional and executive-level meetings, ensuring alignment and clear outcomes. Synthesize complex information into concise, executive-ready status updates and recommendations. Support leadership with data-driven insights to enable informed decision-making. Risk, Issue, and Change Management Proactively identify risks and execution challenges across M&A and integration initiatives. Define and drive mitigation strategies in collaboration with senior stakeholders. Escalate risks and issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution. Support change management efforts to ensure adoption and sustainability of integration outcomes. About you Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, Finance, Accounting, economics or related fields Advanced English Level 3 to 7 years of experience in in Project Management, with strong exposure to M&A, post-merger integration, or large-scale business optimization initiatives. Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in matrixed or global environments. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
