Middle School Head Girls Tennis Coach

Position Overview
The Middle School Head Girls' Tennis Coach leads and supports a positive volleyball program focused on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. This role helps student-athletes grow both on and off the court.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize practices and matches
  
   
• Teach basic tennis skills, rules, and match strategy
  
   
• Supervise athletes during practices, competitions, and travel
  
   
• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect
  
   
• Communicate with athletes, parents, and the athletic department
  
   
• Ensure student-athletes meet eligibility and academic expectations
  
   
• Follow school, district, and athletic association policies
  
   
• Maintain equipment and prioritize player safety
  
   

Qualifications

• Knowledge of tennis fundamentals
  
   
• Coaching or playing experience preferred
  
   
• Ability to work well with middle school students
  
   
• Strong communication and leadership skills
  
   
• CPR/AED and required school certifications (or willingness to obtain)
