Principal Designer, Mask Design Engineering • Memory Technology

We are seeking a Principal Designer, Mask Design Engineering specializing in Memory Technology to join our innovative team in Seoul, South Korea.

In this Principal Designer role, you will work on module layout design (OPAMP, PUMP, Regulator, etc) for peripheral circuit and working across global teams to enable successful tape‑outs.

This role is intended for recognized layout expertise (Standard Cell, Block layout, Block Floor & Signal Planning), verification skillset, and who actively seek out learning opportunities and take the initiative to propose solutions to challenges and areas for improvement.

Your Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IC layout
• Virtuoso layout editor
• Calibre DRC
• Synopsys LVS
• Layout Quality Check

Nice to have

• English skills
• Knowledge of Layout automation
• Experienced management or leading
