WORK HOURS:                     10 Months / Full-Time 

RANGE OF PAY:                     HEA Salary Schedule. Based on education and experience.

SUMMARY:  Teaches students academic, social and motor skills following guidelines set by State of Illinois law and board policy.  The successful applicant will implement approved curriculum while utilizing various instructional strategies to meet student needs in the classroom. Collaborate with various staff members to ensure student needs are being met. Our teachers effectively communicate with parents on a regular basis. And most importantly, they create a positive learning environment. 

QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor's Degree; one to two years related experience and/or training preferred.  Appropriate valid Illinois Professional Educators License with Elementary Endorsement and K-12 Music endorsement required. Ability to organize and produce quality beginning music concerts.
