Job Description
- Deliver Korea's workplace services, including new office builds, expansions, optimization, space planning, and process implementation, adapting to a dynamic environment.
- Deliver excellent customer service for workplace services, understand Google employee needs, provide solutions, and influence stakeholders to reach consensus. Partner with business leaders to improve employee experience and communicate REWS mission and strategies to executives effectively.
- Collaborate with APAC workplace services, REWS partners, IT, people operations, program managers, and finance for efficient integration of regional initiatives, fiscal responsibilities, data analysis, new program implementation, and Mergers and Acquisitions (M and A) activities.
- Lead extended workforce Workplace Services and Facilities teams in building operations (repairs, maintenance, HVAC, janitorial) and daily site operations (reception, mail, occupancy planning, moves, Environmental, Health and Safety).
