Locals or Nearby Urgent Need WebSphere Engineer/Admin

I have an urgent requirement from one of my esteem client, I will appreciate if you can have an eye on the below requirement and send me your consultant updated profile ASAP.

Position title: WebSphere Engineer/Admin

Location: Vienna, VA (Locals or Nearby)

Duration: 6 Months+

No H1 only GC and US citizens

Required (Individual Role): • Effective communications skills; written and verbal • Skill in using PCs, including word processing, database, spreadsheet and presentation applications • Strong understanding of purpose and use for each test environment. • Experience working with a team and individually to identify reasons for service interruptions caused by configuration changes. Desired (Role Family): • Advanced degree or formal training • Certification in appropriate engineering discipline • Familiarity with financial industry • Understanding of ITIL concepts and/or certification in ITIL Desired (Individual Role): • 5+ Years experience working in IT Environment Management for large, complex and mission critical applications • Proven ability to deliver detailed management information and interpretation of results • Experience with Websphere and Mainframe configuration items including data, applications and infrastructure • Experience supporting multi-tier applications in multiple environments. • Experience with the Build and Release process as well as the SDLC. • Strong understanding of WebSphere Engineering and Administration responsibilities • Experience on Administrating the Middleware application servers (WebSphere/IBM BPM and Jboss). • Good understanding of distributed platforms (Windows and Linux)

Additional information:

* The engineer will assist in the management of multiple, complex environments to ensure continuous availability in support of IT services / products including build, maintenance and testing through release. The focus or area of expertise will be on distributed / Websphere applications.

* Technologies needed: HP ITSM, HP PPM, HP CMDB, Buildforge, Serena Dimensions
