Job Description
Metalsa is hiring an Assembly Maintenance Repair Technician (MRT) to maintain and repair assembly equipment, including automated fixtures and Fanuc robotics systems. The role requires 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience with expertise in PLC troubleshooting, schematic reading, and lockout/tagout procedures. Key duties include system maintenance, equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. A high school diploma is required; an associate degree or technical certification is preferred.
