Job Summary/Overview

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Partner with sales leadership to provide guidance on orders and sales forecast, trends and variances to AOP. Assist in preparation of gap plans. (SIOP/order forecast/pipeline)
    Work closely with finance team in preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages. Communicate the results to sales leaders and assist in putting together action plans. (GM/NCM)
    Liaison with NPD, operation and finance team to develop and track commercial KPI’s to monitor regional performance. (Initiatives and KPI tracking)
    Enhance usage and accuracy of Salesforce to provide better visibility on key customers, projects and markets.
    Participated in preparation of annual revenue plan. (number and budget presentation)
    Conduct research, compile data and prepare materials for meetings. Assist in developing and delivering executive level presentations. 
    Coordinate and organize meetings, including agenda preparation, taking minutes and following up on action items.
    Assist in travel arrangements and submission of expense reports. 
    Ad hoc reports and tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities

    Strong analytical and PPT skills. 
    Solid knowledge of ERP and CRM. SAP experience strongly preferred.
    Able to communicate to various functions and work with teams with multiple background cultures. 
    Detail oriented.
    Time management.

Required Qualifications

    Bachelor degree or above on commercial or equivalent.
    Above 3 years similar working experience in machinery industries.
    Outstanding English proficiency.
    Good business sense, good understanding of business processes.
    Self-motivated/Self-disciplined.
