Sanitation Supervisor

Summary  The Sanitation Supervisor is a part of a food processing (egg production) company. The purpose of this position is to clean and sanitize egg processing equipment and plant on a daily basis, following the processing shift. This is a hands on position with responsibility of directing a team of sanitation technicians and a sanitation lead. This is a ten to twelve hour shift with rotating days, including alternating weekends and some holidays.
