| | The Trade Product Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing trade finance products and services tailored to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), NEOBIZ and Business Banking clients. This includes solutions such as letters of credit, guarantees, supply chain finance, export/import financing, and other trade-related services. The role focuses on driving product growth, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory requirements, and supporting the bank’s strategic objectives in trade finance. - To drive trade sales and its market penetration with existing trade products and provide support to business in onboarding new trade clients and improve the existing trade portfolio.

| Define and execute the trade finance product roadmap to meet the needs of SMEs and Business Banking clients. Develop innovative trade finance solutions, including structured trade products and digital trade platforms. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client demands, and competitive gaps. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of trade products, from ideation to launch, enhancement, and phase-out. Regularly review product features, pricing, and processes to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market standards. Monitor product performance metrics, such as volumes, revenues, and client satisfaction, and implement improvements as needed. - Achieve Sales Targets – achieve overall trade revenue and utilization targets by identifying and capturing, maintaining pricing discipline on fees and margins,
- Identify Opportunities – scan the market to identify potential trade prospects and opportunities within the Bank’s target market that are best suited to Mashreq’s trade product capabilities and presence.
Develop and execute a comprehensive ‘Go to Market’ plan for each core product including a market rollout plan, revenue/volume targets, client target market and prospect lists, core marketing/sales materials, and product training for Sales and Coverage teams. Track and monitor execution against specific calling targets and pipeline, participate in joint calls on clients to propagate product knowledge, support solutions for key deals, and directly engage with teams who are not meeting product targets to agree remedial actions and/or remove roadblocks - Develop Sales Strategy – work with Coverage colleagues, RMs, sales team & NEOBIZ RM`s to focus your efforts on the trade opportunity within their portfolio.
- To maintain close contact and relationship with respective portfolio of customers such that we remain one of their main banks getting a major share of their wallet.
- To coach RMs, Sales team & NEOBIZ Account Managers to enhance Trade business generation opportunities.
To do joint calling with Account Managers and understand the client need and advise them accordingly.
