Project Engagement Manager - SaaS
Job Description
Summary:
Manage and deliver strategic customer engagements by aligning execution with customer goals and internal capabilities. Coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee program execution, and ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication, risk mitigation, and value delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manages the planning and execution of customer-facing engagements, ensuring successful delivery against agreed timelines and objectives.
Acts as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Coordinates cross-functional delivery efforts across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Services.
Tracks engagement health, risks, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Supports executive briefings, status reporting, and change management throughout engagements.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and support long-term client success.
Contributes to best practices, templates, and methodologies used in customer engagement management.
Qualifications:
6–8 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as engagement management, program delivery, or consulting
Proven experience coordinating cross-functional programs or enterprise customer engagements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
Strong planning, communication, and risk management skills
Familiarity with CRM and delivery tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira
Experience in SaaS, technology, or enterprise delivery environments preferred
PMP, CSM, or other certifications are a plus
