· Lead squad activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint delivery · Deliver high-quality frontend features for Advanced Analytics and PULSE web applications along with mobile solutions using React Native · Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and best practices through code reviews · Leverage Agentic AI tools (code assistants, automated testing, and code generation tools) to accelerate development and improve productivity · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery
