We are currently searching for experienced Management candidates to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional service and experiences to our guests.
Job Description: As a Restaurant Manager at M.L.Rose, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that our guests have an outstanding food and beverage experience. Our managers are whole restaurant managers who own a department focus and know how to treat our guests like good neighbors. Key Responsibilities of this management role:
- Driving sales and ensuring profitability
- Ensuring every guest has a food and beverage experience that’s consistent with our standards
- Learning about the wonderful world of craft beer
- Managing day-to-day restaurant operations
- Writing schedules and managing labor
- Handling inventory and ordering
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Coaching and developing staff
- Bar Managers get to choose beer for our rotating tap program
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have prior restaurant management experience, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully overseeing restaurant operations, leading teams, and driving sales. A passion for craft beer and a commitment to providing excellent guest experiences are essential.

Compensation:
- Salary: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year (commensurate with experience)
