Responsibilities
- Perform front desk / lobby supervisory duties including hotel guests check in & check out, enquires and cashier;
- Greet VIP guests;
- Assist the Langham Club, Business Centre and Guest Services areas whenever necessary;
- Handle guest comments and complaints with tact in accordance to the hotel’s policies and procedures;
- Promote hotel facilities including Health Club, Business Centre and F&B outlets;
- Follow up on amenities order on a daily basis;
- To provide on-the-job training to new colleagues;
- Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years working experience in hotel industry
- Diploma or above
- Independent & confident to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good team player with excellent communication skills in both English & Chinese
- Additional language would be an advantage
