⚠️ Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC level).
You’ll complete your Level 3 Business Administration qualification over 13-months and will be equipped with real on-the-job learning and experience, finding out how our business works to grow your professional knowledge, all while earning a great salary and working towards a recognised professional qualification. After a full induction and initial training programme, you will join our team full-time, with time set aside so you can continue working towards your professional qualification. Once you have completed this, you will put all of your knowledge to fantastic use and decide what’s next for your career!
What Will You Be Doing?
As an apprentice, you’ll learn on the job while being fully supported by an experienced team and mentors. Your role will include:
You’ll support the smooth running of apprentice administration, managing records and learner data, processing new starters and leavers, and maintaining accurate systems and SharePoint updates. You’ll also assist with accreditations, support exam delivery as an invigilator, and work closely with internal teams, facilitators and external partners. You’ll be encouraged to continuously improve how you work, adapt to change, and take ownership of your learning, all while maintaining high standards of compliance, including health, safety and environmental procedures.

💰 Salary: up to £25,155 per year pro rata
🕒 Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday

This role is offered on a term time basis working 44 weeks per year, with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 4 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro rata’d and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
To meet apprenticeship funding and role requirements, you’ll need to confirm:
- You are 18 or over at the start of the apprenticeship
- You are not in full‑time education when the apprenticeship begins
- You do not already hold a qualification in a related subject at the same level or above
- You can provide proof of residence in England for the duration of the apprenticeship
