Job Description
ABOUT BURGA
From a 7m² flat with just one printer in 2015 to a global powerhouse with 4+ million customers, 12+ million products sold, and revenue of over $147 million in 2025 - BURGA is not your average brand. Our products have been spotted with some of the world’s biggest celebrities, like Taylor Swift, Cara Delevingne, Lucy Hale, Alexis Ren, and many more.
We're on a mission to turn ordinary into extraordinary by transforming everyday items into style statement accessories. To keep up with our growth, we’re building a 10-million-euro manufacturing facility in Kaunas, set to produce 40,000 items daily.
With unicorn ambitions and 500+ passionate humans on a mission to conquer the world, you’re joining a team that’s rewriting the rules.
Oh, and we just landed a spot among Lithuania's TOP 10 most attractive employers in 2026, so the word is officially out.

ABOUT THE POSITION
AI Automation Specialist at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your Role: You'll build automations from briefs across creative, growth, ecommerce, and brand—and spot opportunities they haven't seen yet. You'll be equal parts builder and consultant: shipping fast, iterating based on feedback, and constantly asking, "What else could we automate?" Your work will directly impact team efficiency, scalability, and business growth across the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Take briefs from creative, growth, ecommerce, and brand teams—scope the work ("this is a 3-day Zapier build" vs. "this needs 2 weeks"), then ship POCs fast and iterate based on feedback.
- Build automations using no-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n), LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude), and light coding—prioritizing speed and business impact over perfect architecture.
- Identify opportunities proactively by auditing workflows, interviewing teams, and spotting friction points—don't wait for briefs to find what could be automated.
- Measure what matters: hours saved per week, quality improvements, faster decision-making, cost reductions—tie every automation to real business impact.
- Train teams on new tools and document playbooks so automations get adopted and repeated across the company, not just executed once.
- Maintain a living roadmap of automation opportunities, prioritized by business impact and feasibility, and evolve it based on new briefs and discoveries.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years shipping automations and AI solutions—you have a proven track record of building things teams actually use.
- Experience with no-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) and comfort with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude). Extra points for experience with Python.
- Business-first thinker: you prioritize impact (hours saved, quality, cost) over features.
- Analytical capabilities, combined with proficiency in problem-solving, ensure outcomes are tangible and measurable.
- Ecommerce fluency: you've worked in ecommerce, marketing, or growth—so you understand how campaigns, customers, and sales connect.
- Be fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
SALARY: 3000-4300 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
