JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Manager Customer Service Programs, the Documentation Sales and Customer Portal Administrator will ensure and oversee that all customer and aircraft data entered into FalconCRM is accurate, correctly entered and maintained properly. This person will keep Documentation
Subscriptions current and accurate for revision service distribution and invoicing of all Western Hemisphere customers in FalconCRM. Assist management with product and marketing studies.
