Embedded Risk Director

As part of the Clearing & Securities Services (CSS) team, the Embedded Risk Manager plays a critical role in transforming the first line of defense by embedding risk-aware, data-driven, and AI-enabled decision-making into core business operations. You will act as a strategic partner to product and business leadership—proactively challenging and guiding the identification, assessment, and management of risks. This role goes beyond traditional risk oversight, focusing on predictive and forward-looking risk management, leveraging data analytics, automation, and AI/ML-driven insights to enhance risk visibility, anticipate emerging threats, and improve control effectiveness. You will provide independent and constructive challenge on the design and effectiveness of internal controls, ensuring alignment with control testing and issue management frameworks.
