Lead and manage complex onboarding projects for digital channels and connectivity, including corporate banking portals, APIs, Host-to-Host (H2H), and SWIFT connectivity. Provide pre-mandate support (including RFI/RFP), bringing consulting, project management, and technical expertise to shape the right solution. Ensure the technical design and implementation align with client objectives and deliver solutions that are robust, scalable, and efficient. Proactively identify and manage technical blockers that could impact successful delivery. Facilitate technical workshops with clients to understand automation goals and end-to-end processes. Coordinate internal stakeholders (e.g., Client Service/Sales, Coverage, Product, IT, Operations, Legal) and external parties, ensuring clear communication of status, risks, and issues. Manage a portfolio of implementation and integration projects, including pilots of new products/services. Ensure clients can operate accounts and services “as expected” and that acceptance criteria are met before project closure. Drive timelines to optimise time-to-revenue, prioritising strategic/high-value clients. Promote continuous improvement of client experience (e.g., initiatives supporting NPS) and channel feedback into product teams. Stay current on industry trends, technology, and payments regulation; represent the organisation at industry events where relevant. Simplify and challenge existing processes to improve efficiency and delivery quality. Strong experience managing complex project delivery, ideally within payments, cash management, or treasury environments. Proven experience in client-facing roles and senior stakeholder management. Solid knowledge of payments and liquidity products and understanding of regional payment types with a global perspective. Knowledge of integration standards and practices, including ISO 20022, and strong understanding of testing processes and methodologies. Understanding of the industry shift from SWIFT MT to MX (ISO 20022) and its impact on corporate and/or financial institution clients. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in parallel, with a strong results focus. Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills, adapting style to different audiences. Analytical, structured problem-solver; comfortable working under pressure. Familiarity with design thinking (preferred). Additional languages (preferred).
