Executive Function Mentor

In this role, you will support high-achieving students as they develop the executive function skills needed to succeed academically and personally. You will act as a consistent accountability partner, helping students build structure, follow through on commitments, and stay on track with goals set by senior coaching staff. Through frequent 1:1 check-ins, you will guide students in managing schedules, deadlines, and workloads while fostering independence and long-term study habits. This position is ideal for educators and mentors who are passionate about student development and who thrive in a structured yet highly human-centered learning environment. You will collaborate closely with senior coaches to ensure continuity and alignment in student support.
