Program Director (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

Progam Director provides strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and operational management for all clinical services within the Arkansas and AR FCT Program. This role ensures high-quality, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care for participants while maintaining compliance and regulatory standards, licensing requirements, and best practices. Program Director duties that include being responsible for the overall administration and oversight of all assigned program(s) within an assigned state.
